" I started into this program not knowing what to expect though the results speak for themselves. I am down 20 lbs and fitting into clothes I haven't worn in years...yeah!! I would have to say the biggest thing I've learned is to not approach this as a diet and to have patience. You didn't get this way overnight and you're sure as heck not going to lose it overnight. I found the best approach is to accept this as a lifestyle change. Change the way you think about food. It is for nourishment not satisfaction. Understanding it is a process that takes time, patience, and understanding of what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, and why you eat. The process will work if you give it a chance.
